MOLLY GRAVES. Founder of NEAT Method. Was born and raised outside of CHICAGO. Prefers a CITY over the suburbs. Absolutely cherishes the memories of being at ‘the cabin’ with her FAMILY. Became a LEFTY after she broke her right arm. Earned the 4th FASTEST RUNNER trophy when she insisted she play on her brother's baseball team. Enjoys sipping LATTES or SPARKLING ROSE. Loves the challenge of a RUN with hills. Lets her COLLEGE SWEETHEART husband pick the movies because she never stays awake. PASSIONATELY became a teacher after college and is now the MASTER of KIDS ROOMS.

HEATHER BYRNE.  Director of Business Development for NEAT Method.  Born in Chicago, but raised an INDY 500 fan.  Was a State BASKETBALL champ and still holds her high school’s record for the 4x800 TRACK relay. Although admired in athletics, she adores anything NEON PINK. Has a BA in History of ART & ARCHITECTURE, and is now known to be the photographer among friends. Finds it totally acceptable to have CAKE & ICE CREAM for dinner.  Relishes summers with her family in the MITTEN state. Fancies sending handwritten notes and hosting PARTIES, making her the MASTER of the (SOCIAL) CALENDAR.

NANCY WINKELMANN. Lead Organizer for NEAT Method. Was born in a small town in AUSTRIA, but raised in Mississippi.  This German, SOUTHERN BELLE, loves and misses her FAMILY back in the South. Is blissfully happy walking the hills of SAN FRANCISCO with her precious PUP, Fiona.  Majored in INTERIOR DESIGN and thrives on making a home beautiful. Can be found with her windows open, music playing, creatively PAINTING pet portraits. Lover of all things CLEAN and ORGANIZED.  Has been known to transform FRIEND’s kitchens after dinner parties, thus the MASTER of KITCHENS.
