Intentional Interiors featuring Studio Thomas

Thursday, March 17, 2022

When it comes to the home, we might be considered professionals in the pantry, but we prefer to leave the decorating to the real experts: interior designers. This month we chatted with Kristen Thomas of Denver based, Studio Thomas. Kristen is currently working to refresh the home of our own Marissa Hagmeyer and we absolutely love her focus on simple and timeless design.

EAST COAST MEETS WEST COAST

Classic elements will never go out of style. We paired soapstone countertops and backsplash with white cabinetry and millwork along with polished nickel lighting and hardware - a combination that will always feel sophisticated and timeless.

Tip: Warm up a white kitchen with rustic leather stools, organic sculptural pottery, vintage artwork, and a potted plant or tree.

ELEVATED ESTATE

Wood Paneling behind the freestanding bathtub surrounded by Carrara marble creates a spa-like sanctuary.

Tip: Add life to your bathroom with a tree or large plant, wood elements, and textural towels and rugs.

SOPHISTICATED NEUTRALS

Mixed metals make a statement in this neutral, light filled kitchen.

Tip: Brass library sconces, gold pendants, and polished nickel hardware bring this soft, neutral palette to life.
